Supervision & Maintenance of the MEP works at the entire site of Beverly Hills, Allegria, Casa, Caesar & West Town Residence compounds which consists of: LV networks(cables, distribution boards) Power Transformers  Street and landscape lighting  Electrical part of irrigation systems(pump rooms, automatic valves) Plumbing & Fire networks Hardscape works (Asphalt, Interlock, Curbstone, Marble ….etc.) Electronic gates (operation & maintenance) Sewage Station, balancing tanks and pump rooms (operation & Maintenance) Fountains & Swimming pools (including water treatment & pump rooms operation & maintenance) Preparing maintenance offers for new projects (technical & financial) Preparing and executing large estimations and construction works (MEP, Landscape & Hardscape) Receiving infra-structure from contractors of Allegria, Caesar, Casa & West Town Residence compounds and preparing snag lists of all the MEP works. Preparing the annual budget for the maintenance department Responsible of (Electricity, water & gas) bills for all Sodic west projects Supervision on in-house services including finishing inside units & apartments (Electrical, plumbing, Blacksmith, Carpentry, Alimental, Hardscape & Painting works)As well as maintenance work on the site through a group of engineers and technicians for all the MEP works that was created.

-Checking site works and attending inspection requests.-Reviews plans, specifications, and contract documents.-Performs a variety of field and laboratory tests to assure workmanship and materials meet required standards.-Prepares detailed written daily reports on progress and details of inspections.-Performs miscellaneous routine survey, drafting, clerical and engineering assignments.-Prepare snag lists and site instructions to enhance and ensure the quality of the performed work.-Liaising with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed by progress.
