- NDSV for Notus eHPHT exploration well with 20,000psi BHP & ~200°C. - Experience in HPHT procedures & well control operations, as well as narrow margin drilling including Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), Non-Stop Drilling (NSD), Wellbore Strengthening techniques, running of Solid Expandable Tubulars (SET) and expandable liner hangers.- Supervised drilling operations during night shift on board Jack-up rig drilling conventional exploration wells in the Mediterranean offshore Egypt, ensuring rig operations were conducted in compliance with BG Group HSSE & Well Engineering standards. Wells were drilled as Top Quartile.- Conducted HSSE/technical audits of service companies to evaluate their compliance with BG requirements. - Involved in the planning phase performing rig audits & evaluations and preparations of service companies & running procedures equipment.- Performed technical and commercial tender evaluations of drilling services and long lead items.- Participated in well design activities including casing design, kick tolerance & pressure test calculations, bit & BHA selection, hydraulics optimization, etc.

- Supervised drilling, completions & work-over operations during night shift on board Jack-up rigs working on offshore Miskar Platform (high H2S & CO2 environment), including the drilling & completion of a High Temperature (191°C) appraisal well.- Coordinated between rig contractor and 3rd party personnel onboard rig and prepared rig instructions for all parties.- Assisted and supervised the application of Miskar Well Control Guidelines - well control practices & procedures adapted from HPHT well control guidelines. I was involved in several well control situations including responding to a kick, applying the Driller's method and wellbore ballooning.

- Worked as Operations Engineer for 3 HPHT exploration wells drilled with semi-subs offshore Brasil in the Santos Basin - 2 of which were deep water pre-salt wells. - Handled day-to-day well operations by managing third party contractors, calling off equipment and performing engineering calculations as needed, etc.- Relieved offshore NDSV.- Prepared detailed well AFEs, time plans and drilling programs.- Performed engineering calculations and offset studies to assist in well designs, and ensure compliance with BG WEMS requirements and local regulations.- Assisted in preparation of dispensations as necessary for any non-compliance with WEMS.- Worked with third parties to plan and prepare equipment/services required including BHAs, cement programs, drilling equipment, etc. - Coordinated well functional reviews and offshore/onshore pre-spud meetings.- Participated in drilling performance improvement by capturing lessons learnt and suggesting solutions - procedures, practises and equipment.- Liaised with sub-surface and C&P teams handling day-to-day issues.

- International Graduate Development Program (IGDP), Well Engineering, BG Egypt (seconded to Rashpetco Joint Venture- Worked as Wellsite Drilling Engineer onboard a Semi-submersible rig drilling development wells offshore Egypt in the Mediterranean.
