Oversee relationships with major vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, Oracle, Pure Storage, and Nozomi, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with marketing strategies.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative initiatives, aligned with business objectives..Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.Planning and executing all offline and online campaigns.Monitor Competition(acquisitions, tactics and new products features).Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales team and business development executives to create best practices marketing initiatives and media positioning.Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events in-country and abroad, aligning with vendor objectives and budgets coordinating all logisticsDevelop original digital content tailored for customers, enhancing social media presence and engagement.Conduct quarterly customer surveys to assess performance and refine marketing strategies to better meet customer needs.Contribute to the development of proposals for new vendor RFPs by applying the company’s core competencies, values, competitive edges, success stories, and strategic plans.

Respond to clients’ requests and confirm with them the training time and place then handling course logistics in the training days.Handling Clients’, Trainers’ & Vendors’ invoices with the company’s financial departmentCreate and send marketing e-mails regarding monthly calendar courses and follow up with them for further inquiries.
