• Supervise the daily operation for a group of technical staff that includes the installation, testing, operation, preventive maintenance, recalls and repair of facilities and equipment.• Responsible for following the contract projects and customers calls with the staff in the field or resident technicians • Monitor and control spare parts issuance and movements and availability and order enough stock to avoid any shortage. • Responsible for all MPS projects in my Branch (Jubail) from where arrange the running consuming parts and new delivery or pullout machines • Following the technician to collect the meter reading of contracted machines every month or quarter.• Following with finance the invoicing issue • build good relations with customer by visiting them on the sites or by phone• Responsible for all admin works for Branch staff, work time, renew their ID, sites Gate pass and all requests with head office.

• Supervise the daily operation for a group of technical staff that includes the installation, testing, operation, preventive maintenance, recalls and repair of facilities and equipment.• Ensure output targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness on daily basis.• Monitor and control spare parts issuance and movements and availability (including tools, cleaning material and software) thus to minimize costs and realize required service levels of the stock.• Set, plan & assign machine territory for subordinates and Data Base update.• Supervise and monitor the daily dispatching process of work orders for the technical team also responsible for MPS projects & lease contracts • Review, approve, and follow up quotation submitted to customers on daily basis.• Ensure that all work orders completion process, clearing parts and billing are done on time.• Responsible for all admin works for Branch staff, work time, renew their ID and follow up all requests with head office.

• Generate service contracts for the clients with expired contract period. According to the contract type and period.• Make Feasibility study for:1. Governmental service contracts bids- 2. Copy centers and printing press proposals. 3. Private sectors contracts.4. MPS projects & lease contracts • Follow the Existing contracts and arrange it according to contract type for renewing purpose.• Purchasing goods and services according to company policies • Evaluating vendors based on price , reliability, capability and pervious history • Maintaining pricing histories and other vendor’s records.• Ensuring that purchasing document all complete and accurate • Preparing proposals, requesting quotations as per internal projects team requests .• Issues the PO for the suppliers witch have best prices after discuss with management.
