A- Recruitment: Conduct Job Interviews with a variety of Junior & Senior PositionsConduct Exit Interviews for the leavers in order to get the reasons for leaving and analyze itIdentifying and addressing The Turnover analysis reportResearch and participate in recruitment employment FairsFormulate Human resources reports that should be represented such as new-hired report and termination report using Oracle system.Making job ads through various recruitment channels whether it’s internal or externalB- Personnel:Maintaining and updating employee’s personal filesImplement the resignations and the end of service processesUsing the Oracle System for any reports related to employees’ dataReview the penalties and vacations of all employeesIssuing contracts and renewal contractsPreparing Manpower, Head Count, Database, Hire and End of service reportsTrack and follow up on attendance of all employees in the sitePrepare and record overtime hours in order to be added to wages and salaries to eligible employeesReviewing attendance violations for all the employeesC- HR Activities: Coordinating the Induction program for the Sales division across Greater Cairo regionUpdating the Job Profiles for all positionsHandling the outsourcing companies (Attendance, Invoices and any investigation requirement)Manage all the medical cases and follow up with the Medical team
