A- The development and administration of the Elsewedy Group HSSE Program.B- Plans, organizes, coordinates and maintains the programs to comply with industrial HSSEregulations and codes. C- Performs occupational HSSE inspections of the workplace throughout the Group Factors & Projects.D- Establishes and maintains the overall safety programs and ISO1400:2004 - OHSAS 18001:2007E- Monitors compliance to all Occupational HSE Act (OSHA). This includes under/above ground storage tanks, liquid and water, facility's capabilities and routine inspections.F- Establishes and administers the materials handling program, including the Employee's (Right to Know) laws and the proper storage, transportation, use and disposition of materials.G- Consults with departments to identify training needs, Provides complete development and evaluation of training programs and classes on safety issues and the use of safety equipment.H- Plans, organizes and conducts seminars, workshops and training sessions on safety, materials and physical agents.I- Assists departments in identifying problems and implementing safety issues and procedures, receives, reviews and investigates Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) reports of violations.J- Performs assigned workplace inspections according to established OSHA procedures, Holds meetings to advise managers and employees of program purposes and their right and responsibilities, conducts walk around inspections, Holds closing conferences to review violations observed and clarify questions on issues, Provides written reports of violations noted to appropriate agencies.L- Performs industrial safety and hygiene evaluations relating to noise, ventilation, chemical and stress related tasks, Determines personal protection devices.M- Reviews accident investigations for proper corrective and/or preventive actions, recommends solutions for controlling accidents and injuries.

Washington International, Inc.(formerly Morrison Knudsen Inc.) As Safety and Security Manager in Telecom Egypt -OSP II Project from 1/1/ 2000 till 15/8/2002 and Luxor Wastewater facilities project from 16/9 till 20/10/2002 .My responsibilities are similar in nature to what was described above while I'm in El Sewedy Cables Group, ARESCO ASEC Company, SIEMENS Lit, Schindler Ltd and CCIC & HSA. In addition the flowing.A- Organize and manage security plan to offices and warehouses.B- Telecom Egypt - OSP II Project has been awarded the President's Award for outstanding safety performance for work accomplishing 4,822,584 consecutive exposure hours of accident-free work and continuously up till the end of project. C- I was awarded the ES&H President's Award in recognition for excellence in managing successful ES&H program which resulted in Telecom Egypt - OSP II Project earning the President's Award.D- I was awarded 2002 Lion Award in recognizing Performance Excellence (Safety Excellence).
