Asset Integrity Manager
Current-Carries out various field inspection techniques, evaluates the findings and issues precise and clear inspection reports with definite and practical recommendations based on engineering standards/norms and procedures for proper actions to be taken by all parties concerned, but also taking into account economic/ operational constraints.- Lead the development of inspection scopes, through to post repair and updating of RBI and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)- Planning and execution of all inspection activities for Turnarounds or in the context of projects.- Support execution of the corrosion monitoring and corrosion coupon program, establishing intervening actions to mitigate risks as appropriate.- Estimate useful life expectancy of equipment and establish inspection schedules for future repairs and/or replacement.- Recommend alternate metallurgy and other techniques or equipment for combating corrosion and other deterioration.- Evaluation of CUI (corrosion under insulation) related defects and problems.- Planning and management of necessary inspection resources for the delivered projects, work out and manage overall resourcing plan and manage budget and develop long term estimates.- Ensure inspection activities are completed in accordance with the risk based inspection (RBI) program and that the program is consistently updated.- Establish pipeline fitness for service and assign integrity reassessment intervals.- Conduct Threat Identification & Risk Assessment and recommend preventive & mitigation measures.- Identify relevant integrity threats for pipelines that transport crude oil, refined products & chemicals.- Lead the activities related to specifying, procuring and implementing RBI software.- Aid clients with design and implementation of integrity assessment projects, including inline inspections, hydro testing, and direct assessment.- Guarantee all HES international and national regulation are followed during inspection activities.
