*Preparation / Updating / Revision of Baseline Program.*Preparation of program updates & Monthly Reports.*Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Cash flow, S-curve & BaselineNarrative.*Establish the Master Project Schedule together with project managementteam using Primavera P6 programDetailed site related schedules (spreadsheets).*Resource and Cost loading.*Evaluating Critical paths, Delay consequent disruption and etc.*Analyses, Evaluate and Forecasts current status againston established Baseline Programme.*Earned Value Management / Analysis.*Provide support to verify claimed monthly progressagainst invoices / variations.*Submission of Daily /Weekly and Monthly Progress reports.

*To prepare, coordinate and update the planning requirements program of the project with the objective of ensuring that the program is aligned with target.*To update the Project Construction Program and status of the program inorder to generate weekly and monthly reports.*To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and clientreporting in order to ensure progress is in line with planned objective.*Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoices /variations.

*Understanding drawings, Project specification and Technical Reports Managing project activities scheduling, progress monitoring, sitemanagement, manpower planning.*Preparation of schedule for daily progress and co-ordination with the clients.*Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.*Execute work as per approved method statements and work methods.*Coordinate with Staff, Consultants and Sub-Contractors for site progress.*Checking reinforcement and shuttering works as per the drawing.*Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actualprogress, analysing variance, weekly & monthly resource requirements etc.*Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-to-day progress ofwork activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion ofthe project.*Inspection while the time of concreting and other work.*Quality & Labour control through checklist for various activities.*Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.*Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specifiedrequirements.
