­ Preparing & maintain project documents like Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Agreements, conditions of contract­ Preparing Schedule for Sub‐ Contractors for Piling & Shoring works, Excavation works, Concrete work, Metal works, Masonry works, Wooden works, Thermal & Moisture Protection works, Doors & Windows work, Finishes works, Specialties & Elevator works, HVAC works, Plumbing works, Fire Fighting & Electrical works.­ Prepare summary sheets and logs for each works & coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.­ Handling and distribution of all types of projects documents and submittals such as drawings, specifications, letters, reports, MOM’s, NCR’s, RFI’s.­ Ensure that all technical documents, records, incoming, outgoing letters and file mentioned with index and file numbers.­ Preparing of submittals, distributing of submittals on receipt from consultant as per Document Control System.­ Process, control and administer incoming and outgoing documents, reports (correspondences, submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, etc.)­ Maintains archives and technical library to handle all Operation’s specifications, standards, procedures and other- documentation throughout all stages of the project phases.­ Working in line with HSE policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by Subordinates, and Preparing of Daily reports, weekly reports & monthly reports.­ Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to send and receive various reports, drawings submittals and other outstanding issues.­ Support projects manager in preparing the monthly payments, filing, retrieving and archiving all project related Documentation.­ And other tasks assigned by Project Manager.
