Maintain positive staff relations. Conduct or approve performance evaluations for staff.  Responsible for delivering all the required training to staff to ensure the continuous increase in staff competencies.  Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly. Responsible for delivering assets life cycle analysis & assets condition assessment reports.

Project: King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh-KSAJob Role: Ensure hard services requirements are accomplished during specific tasks, review and update SOPs, in addition, to measure KPI for service providers to enhance the performance of delivered services. Responsibilities:• Prepare monthly operational team schedule in collaboration with senior engineers to ensure availability of our team during each shift to attend to any service interruption that may occur.• Validate availability reports for critical systems to avoid any unforeseen breakdown or lack of materials that may lead to system failures.• Conduct periodic inspection routines for critical facilities and general locations to ensure smooth operation of systems and report discrepancies if found for immediate rectification.• Develop a Gantt chart for special work packages to reflect management progress and achieved milestones. • Lead significant PM tasks to ensure all activities are delivered within the agreed timeline.• Manage a team of senior engineers and ensure their technical deliverables are obtained in a timely manner.• Prepare quarterly base strategic KPIs for the performance of RAC maintenance departments and managing agents.• Prepare selective high level of presentations as requested by higher management. • Support for contract closure for former TFM service providers and ensure all documents and assets are handed over. • Develop workflows for additional works and out-of-scope services in collaboration with the QHSE team and review with team SOPs issued.• Support CAFM core team with data and system analysis for optimal operation purposes.• Obtain and review service providers’ contractual deliverables in collaboration with the management and contracts division.• Monitor and control the materials replenishment plan to ensure the availability of spare parts for any CM, CPM, or PPM that might take place.• Prepare and support for the creation of RFPs and deliver it to management.
