Involved in the Structural design coordination for Dubai Exhibition world Project. Project involved Construction of Five Nos Pre-Engineered Buildings of very large size, 2 Hotels, RCC buildings & site development. Activities are as follows:-• Approval of all drawings before execution at site.• Attending all design related meetings with consultants & client.• Checking the drawings & design for PEB, Hollow core slab submitted by the subcontractor. Coordinating to get all the requirements of the Consultants to be fulfilled in design & drawings.• Coordinating with the Rebar Subcontractor to get the work done in time & in line with the Construction department schedule.• Coordination with Consultant for getting approval on Structural design & drawings.• Analysis & design of Structural Elements missing in the IFC package.

Also involved in meeting with the Client for finalization of Contractor.Lake Side Habitat at Bangalore: Preparation of Tender Document & Specification for award of work. Involved in analysis and design of 24-storey twin tower RCC building, wherein design involved columns, beams & flat slab.

DMRC Khyber Pass project wherein worked on civil / structural design and drawings.Work handled includes estimation for pre-engineered building and all activities in tendering & contracts for various turnkey projects. Design analysis for multi-storey RCC & pre-engineered buildings by using STAAD & in-house developed packages. Supervision of site execution such as layout, survey, RCC, brickwork, flooring (concrete, marble & tiles) and finishing work etc. Interaction with Client/Consultant to get the product specified and to get the work executed.
