Main Responsibilities:• Reading BOQ, drawings and scope of work to prepare detailed Baseline, bar chart, for various phases of projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.• Develop short term schedules such as (2, 3 Week Look-Ahead and 2, 3Months Look- Ahead) based on approved Baseline Construction Schedule and actual resources available (Manpower, Materials, Equipment).• Preparation & update actual progress of Baseline Schedule in Coordination with the Project team including timeframes, resources & equipment schedule/histograms, submittal logs, cost loading. • Preparation of Project S-curve, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Client. • Identifying the variance in the project schedule and actual progress. • Reporting planning manager about work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress.• Knowledge of Engineering & Procurement Trackers and Prepare mitigation plan for delay activities.• Supporting role in Recovery, Revised and EOT.

Main Responsibilities:• Preparation of detailed Schedule of Works using Primavera P6; Estimating the budget, cost and quantity of materials, labour and other tools necessary for the completion of the project.• Co-ordinate and communicating with other departments regarding Construction schedules and any possible changes.• Producing weekly and monthly reports in detail based on the work progress.• Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance - usually Earned Value Method (EVM) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyses deviations.• Preparation of Shop DWG. & Material Submittal logs, Knowledge of change Logs in Program.• Estimation of all required resources (Equipment, Manpower and Material) as per scope of work.• Coordinating with engineering, procurement & construction teams for smooth & timely completion of project.

Main Responsibilities: Study the Scope of work in detail, analyze drawings, and specifications for the preparation of activity networks / scheduling / resources planning and allocation. Coordinate between departments and collecting data required to prepare a detail schedule of the project. Development of base line schedule using primavera (P6) under supervision. Follow-up with Subcontractor/site team to monitor project progress and make reports. Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) through Primavera P6 and submitting to the Department Heads &Client. Preparation of organization chart and schedule by using Primavera P6.
