Steered the successful roll-out of project operations entailing setting timelines,analyzing requirements, prioritizing task and identifying dependencies. Project: Nuweibaa RO desalination plant 15000 m³/day, Egypt, March 2020– July 2021.Contractor: Elsewedy electric power systems projects & GIS Aqua.11 million Euro.Client: Ministry of Defense, Engineering Authority. Water DepartmentThe project entails Dewatering and marine works, Process Buildings including Intake, multimedia, cartridge filters, Backwash, waste water, RO, calcite Contactor, Product, Generator and power house, Interconnecting piping network, GLS Storge tanks and non-process buildings, Potable water system, irrigation, plumbing, firefighting system, and HVAC.Acted as the prime point of contract for the construction supervision aspects of the project. Ensured accuracy and completeness of records. Placed an emphasis on safe construction practices and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Issued construction information as required. Project: Beni Suef Combined Cycle power plant 4800 MW, Egypt, April 2017 – Feb. 2020Contractor: Elsewedy electric power systems projects & Siemens, 3 billion euro.Client: Egyptian Electricity Holding Company.The scope entails construction of steam turbine cooling system including Cooling towers, vertical centrifugal pumps, GRP Piping up to Ø2600 mm, piping accessories including valves, strainers and infrastructure works, Heat exchanger, heat exchanger Piping system up to Ø 700 mm, Water treatment area modifications and maintenance works, Potable water skid, HVAC, firefighting, Outage activities and Punch list closing.Controlled construction activities involving planning, scheduling, resources management, reporting and documentation, verified project progress, outstanding issues and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Analyzed project activities with a key emphasis on quality, drawings, specifications, standards and codes. Liaised with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and external agencies for determining technical specs, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
