* Screening, interviewing and recommending prospective candidates for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions.* Establish long lasting relationships with quality technical candidates through in person meetings and consistent contact.* Searching the Right Candidates from LinkedIn, and Job Portals such as Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Medzilla, Biospace, Head Hunting and Employee referral.* Responsible for full cycle recruitment of IT, Engineering, Business Intelligence and testing positions across different industry based verticals.* Responsible for scheduling of interviews by coordinating with the client and candidate.* Collecting interview feedback from the candidate and client.* Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.* Coordination between Internal HR Spokes and candidates on offers, joining and inductions related activities.* Scheduling candidates for face to face/ telephonic interview events; establishing close contact with candidates to ensure participation in interview events.
