 Ensure that the Project is in compliance with CRS’ MEAL Policies and Procedures and strategic initiatives; Support the development and contribute to the implementation of agency-wide strategies, standards, tools and best practices in MEAL that effectively engage partners, donors, and governments. Assist in development and roll-out of project-level MEAL systems during start-up, including Performance Monitoring Plans or Performance Indicator Reference Sheets, Indicator Performance Tracking Tables, data collection instruments, and Detailed Implementation Plans. Coordinate the implementation of monitoring activities and processes (including ICT4MEAL) according to the project(s) Detailed Implementation Plan and MEAL system. Ensure learning properly accompanies project activities throughout the project cycle. Assist in designing of the project(s) feedback and response mechanism (FRM). Coordinate activities required for ensuring the financial, material and human resources for MEAL for the quality implementation of the project. Engage and strengthen partnerships relevant to MEAL in the project(s), appropriately applying partnership concepts, tools and approaches. Provide MEAL-related technical solutions to CP teams, remotely and on-site, for strategic planning and how to best apply standards, best practices, partnership principles, and tools, helping to ensure high-quality implementation. Contribute to maintaining relationships with donors, peer organizations, research and other institutions, participate in MEAL forums to collect and share best practices and promote CRS’ work. Support the implementation of data quality controls to ensure the integrity of project data;  Support project M&E audits, as required; Support documentation of project processes and learning.

Monitoring and Evaluation Play a facilitating role in guiding team members in implementing the (Monitoring and Results Measurement) (MRM) plan, regularly revising and updating tracking methods and formats; Orient different project team on MRM system including result chain, and Integrated Results Assessment Plan ( IRAP);  Frequent field visits to meet with project beneficiaries and other stakeholders and ensure timely collection of the requisite (both qualitative and quantitative) data; Supervise and ensure quality of the data management process; Prepare different iQ assessment report for both internal and external circulation;  Ensure analysis of collected data to prepare reports on findings from the surveys and assessments;  Check progress monthly/ quarterly against performance indicators  Closely work with Regional iQ Experts to ensure deadlines; Research and Assessment Design sampling frame and research outline  Undertake impact/result assessment studies and generate reports as a tool for management decision making Communication and coordination Contribute to the periodic evaluation of project progress and the drawing of lessons learnt; Pro-actively talk to Field Team Leaders and other project staff about the outcome & impact of the project and whether it is on track;  Develop case studies for external sharing Report and Documentation;Program Development Being a Monitoring & Result Management (MRM) leader of the project, play an active role in project intervention redesigning and revision;
