Working as a senior ERP functional consultant to provide our customers with full requirements analysis, based on their specific business sector and industry best practices including nationwide health information ERP system and Manufactured Consumer Goods Distribution Suppliers ERP implementations. My responsibilities included the generation of the Gap-Fit Analysis documents, Functional Requirements Document, Functional Design Documents and integration documentation.• Worked with customers to upgrade their existing AX2009 and 2012 implementations to AX2012R3 and Microsoft Dynamics ax 365 finance and operations.• Worked with customers to implement Dynamics AX2012R3 and Microsoft Dynamics ax 365 finance and operations.• Worked with the customer to identify the best setup schema for AX2012R3 and AX 365 based on their requirements and my recommendation based on the successful implementations I have performed• Defining the integration requirements for different third-party line of business applications.More than 23 Government and Private Sector Hospitals, I was the lead consultant on the HIS implementations which include medical and ERP solution with full modules for finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, Banks and Cash, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Procurement ). I implemented, trained and supported the following modules while working closely with the development team to provide them with the requirements for new customization and testing these customization before deploying on the live system through the main health system modules (Pharmacy, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Maintenance, Sales and Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Registration, Admission, Appointment and Outpatient.

I was responsible for collecting the customers’ requirements, map them to ERP local package which was based on Oracle Financial Suite. In addition, I was responsible to configure the ERP modules (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, Bank Management and Inventory and Warehouse Management Modules), train the customers and provide them with support.
