Leading the Finance Team of three independent operations (Real Estate, Holiday Homes and Maintenance Team), ensuring that the accounts are up to date, and the reports are generated for the management review. Key responsibilities:  Prepare the Annual Budget for the management team. Oversee the preparation of monthly Variance Analysis, review the reports with the CEO and COO on monthly basis, inform the management of any deviation on actual Vs planned budget. Supervise the consolidation of the Income Statement for the group of companies. Oversee the preparation of monthly sales report.  Supervise the preparation of monthly cash flow. Oversee the preparation of financial statements such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Review financial statements with management and provide insight on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. Implement measures on cost control when necessary. Make sure all classes of assets are insured. Negotiate credit terms with the suppliers. Supervise accounting team on day-to-day functions. Make sure all facets of finance functions are up to date including Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash, Client SOA’s, Collections Supervise and approve payroll (WPS/Account Transfers), Bill Payments, Local and Cross-Border Transfers, Inter Company Transfers Liaising with external auditors on end of year Audit. Supervise VAT filing, VAT Registration and De-registration, Group TRN.  Negotiate and secure loans/credit line with major banks at highly competitive rates and repayment options (Automobile and Machines). Make sure to maintain KYC on all clients, perform background check as per the AML policies and procedures, in compliance with regulatory bodies. Oversee the Banking functions such as Online Payments, Online Transfers, Buying and Selling Foreign Currencies, PDC’s, and follow-up. Make sure the processes are followed in every aspect of accounting.  Hire, Train and Develop new recruits.

Addressed major issues such as sales trend, expenses and margins.  Negotiate credit terms with the suppliers and partners. Facilitated the firm’s transition into more automated systems that optimize performance and efficiency across the division. Provide CEO/Chairman with Cash Flow on regular basis, and ensure adequate cash is maintained for smooth operation. Supervise accounting team on day-to-day functions. Oversee reconciliation of petty cash, bank accounts, credit card payments. Make sure different classes of assets are insured (Human Resource, Property, Fleets, machines). Supervise annual audit and quarterly VAT filing. Facilitated corporate cost saving initiatives by successfully restructuring financial operations and reducing staffing requirements, negotiate real estate lease, free grace period for the new land, provide management with Lease Vs Buy Option, equipment financing, and vehicle financing,  Secured loans for the new centers, equipment, working capital, and Bank Guarantee with major banks at highly competitive rates and repayment options.
