Point of contact for UK customers (pre- and post-sale) by mail, chat and phone. Responsible for answering customers queries about range of products, orders and deliveries. Resolving all customer issues and engaging relevant stakeholders to offer the most fitting solutions in order to avoid any form of customer dissatisfaction and unnecessary incurrence of costs.

Analyzing the Dutch computer market in terms of sustainability, and availability of refurbished laptops, PCs, and other computer related hardware for a reasonable price. I was also preparing financial budget and expenditure for growth in the Netherlands. Visiting computer hardware related companies and offering them our goods and services.

Collecting price data and then trading for the best prices available for CO2 emissions and metals from two different trading platforms specifically Bluenext and ecx. I was also carrying out marketing research for our potential customers for CO2 emissions located in Asia. Contacting customers, emission and metal traders on a daily basis was also a part of my internship.
