• Discovered and matured six Tier 1 Jurassic Norphlet prospects in the Mississippi Canyon, Eastern GoM. Evaluated uncertainties and provided input to Risk Matrix for the proposed prospects and assessed the candidates for drilling or new lease acquisitions.• Interpreted OBN, FWI, and RTM 3D seismic and well data in Petrel to build structural, GDE, and CRS maps of the Norphlet Core area to generate a prospect inventory with the proper resource volume evaluation in GEOX.• Developed a depositional model for the Jurassic sequence in the Mississippi Canyon area to explain the Norphlet reservoir heterogeneity and to constrain the Norphlet charge access from the Smackover/Pre-salt source rock distributions and facies variability.• Interpreted and integrated geological and geophysical data to evaluate the Paleogene (Wilcox) hydrocarbon potentials in Central and Eastern Deepwater GoM, mature Wilcox prospects, and generate a prospect inventory to recommend drilling candidates. • Compiled and maintained databases to integrate all forms of subsurface information; outcrops, regional studies, biostratigraphy, satellite images, GOMSmart, wells, and seismic data, to determine prospectivity and exploration risk.• Provided and presented data and results as required to peers, management, partners, and governmental entities to get the technical endorsement of proposed options and lease sale/firm-in opportunities.

• Planned and executed the drilling of 14 Haynesville Shale horizontal wells by coordinating with land, regulatory, drilling, reservoir engineering, and completion teams.• Performed real-time geosteering of multiple horizontal wells in a 24/7 operation to ensure proper wellbore placement within a narrow (30 foot) target window through monitoring and interpretation of data acquired while drilling.• Provided sed/strat support for coring and other rock-material data acquisition, subsurface interpretation, and reservoir modeling. Coordinated projects with other geologists and/ or project managers to answer key questions pertinent to reservoir characterization and/ or production. • Generated framework (structure and isopach maps) and prospect maps for various shallow formations (Midway Shale – Bexar Shale) in Haynesville Basin.• Worked on an overburden description project on shallow stratigraphy by integrating depositional elements with seismic facies and log signatures for direct input into the drilling program by identifying SWI/hazardous zones and productive zones.• Introduced the use of DDFE (drilling derived formation evaluation) derived geo-mechanical data and synthetic logs to assist in geosteering in ETX. Collaborated with the completion team to understand the geomechanics and optimum completions of the Haynesville wells by comparing DDFE stress profiles to the actual frac performance.

• Mapped detailed regional structure and stratigraphic sub-members of the stacked reservoir formations in the Eastern and South-western Anadarko that contributes to the overall Midcon stratigraphic framework project with defined relationships between Anadarko West, STACK, and SWOOP area.• Responsible for reservoir characterization and development of new regional exploration concepts for Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Cherokee, and Osage formations including GDE, RDE, and pay maps. Worked with NSAI to review and amend resources for Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Cherokee, and Osage formations in SW OK for 2017 YE resource review. Worked with RE’s to develop appraisal programs on newly acquired BP leases in western Oklahoma. Evaluated over 200 sections for the Contingent Resource Project and proposed 289 wells for future development.• Responsible for horizontal well planning/execution and geosteering operations in the Arkoma Woodford wells. Post appraise wells to feed into continuous execution improvement and drilling inventory prioritization.• Lead the team on a development plan for Mississippian carbonate re-entry stimulation potential in the Williston Basin. Made recommendations on PID elections for 32 proposed wells in the Williston Basin. Mapped three Mississippian Formations, Bakken and Three Forks in the core BP asset in Williamson and Mackenzie County in N. Dakota.

• Described the stratigraphic aspects of reservoir characterization in the oil-producing Marmaton formation, with emphasis on understanding the primary control that depositional processes and systems exert on reservoir performance.• Mapped detailed structure and stratigraphic sub-members within the Marmaton formation in Lipscomb County, Texas. Generated summary report tying production of recent Marmaton horizontal wells to reservoir characteristics and assessment of prospectivity on BP leases. • Correlated digital and raster image logs and calculated Gross/Net/Net effective /Phi-H/Phi-A and production maps in Petra.

• Developed seismic facies scheme from the detailed seismic mapping of the Brown Chaotic interval to develop Reservoir Depositional Element (RDE) maps that has direct implications for understanding potential reserves distribution and in targeting additional wells. • Developed an alternative depositional model that suggests more localized channel/ valley erosion of the underlying Brown upper sands along inflection zones, instead of previously proposed widespread erosion by MTCs.• Identified the potential drilling hazards within the Brown Chaotic interval.• Seismic facies mapping and attribute analysis in Power View, Seisworks, and Post Stack Pal; well-log correlation in Stratworks; integration of image logs and dip meter logs.
