I am responsible for managing four divisions (NOC, Billing, Interconnection, Regulatory, MIS) across "Jordan, Bahrain, UK." Apart from aiding the CEO/GM with the administration of the cooperative's daily telecommunications operations, I am integral in policy development and managing programs according to policies and procedures. I lead telecommunications staff while establishing policies and procedures for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications/ IT equipment. Besides managing research, evaluation, and execution of new technologies, I am instrumental in understanding the organization’s' telecommunication needs and strategizing, scheduling employees. I orchestrate the generation of Bills/Invoices for telecommunications to ensure their accuracy, Rate implementation, and invoices reconciling with the MNO/International Carriers. In addition to serving as Carrier Relation and Prepaid System Revenue controller, I design and implement Telecommunication Policies/Regulation compliance with the Country Regulator. I monitor all MNO Telecom Interconnection processes and forecast and achieved an increase in QoS for the provided Services while overseeing MVNA “UK” setup. I was selected as CEO Nominee by the Telecommunication Minister in Jordan for the Telecommunication Regulatory Commissions in April 2011. Furthermore, I was chosen as Commissioner Nominee by the Minister of Telecommunication in Jordan for the Telecommunication Regulatory Commissions in July 2011.

I effectively managed the full acquisition of "Jordan Dubai Capital." I identified any new potential Investment in the Middle East Region. Apart from drafting a thorough Investment Brief of any potential investment area for the BOD, I oversaw all Due Diligence processes of any new potential investment. I developed the investment prospectus and proposal for the BOD. I also designed and managed the negotiations process and the structure of any investment Deal. Additionally, I spearheaded the execution of the acquisition process.

I was instrumental in launching the new businesses for JAF (Jordan Armed Forced) and applying and obtaining the government's required licenses. I also maintained Good P&L while achieving all yearly plans. Additionally, I was instrumental in enhancing Regional investments.

I served as Acting Regulatory Director for the Regulatory Department and was an integral part of the team that established the “program of licensing in compliance with government policy in the ICT sectors & postal sector." I was an essential part of the team that introduced "Program of Licensing within the Fixed Telecommunications Sub­sector and the evolution to an Integrated Licensing and Regulatory Regime." I acted as a team lead for VOIP and MVNO/E/A Regulation and oversaw (Licensing Application) Evaluation as a Team Head and Coordinator. Apart from directing the Regulatory department's typical day-to-day workflow, I developed and advised on rules and instructions "Regulations," that established the bases for licensing the telecommunications and post. I evaluated Telecommunications and Post licenses applications and all the required documents. I tracked the TRC's concerned departments over the licensees' adherence to the terms and conditions of their licenses. Besides being accountable for identifying the need for the adjustment, regulation of any telecommunications, I analyzed and suggested the licensee’s customers' contracts general terms and conditions. I executed and updated interconnection guidelines and followed up the signed interconnection agreements in coordination with other concerned TRC's departments. I was a key Speaker on Telecommunication Regulation in JORDAN in the Middle East & North Africa Satellite Summit (MENASAT05) in Sept 2005. I was also a key Speaker on Telecommunication Regulation in JORDAN and the Telecommunication Liberalization process at Egypt International Economic Forum (2005). I was instrumental in delivering "The Jordan Telecommunication Liberalization Program" 2005. Additionally, I successfully produced the "Jordan Program of licensing in compliance with government policy in the ICT sectors & postal sector" 2005.

I participated in the visibility study of the Jomotel projects (Prepaid Calling Cards and ISP) and was responsible for studying the best operating and management systems for both projects. Apart from overseeing the overall network operation center (OMC) and maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness "ZERO DOWNTIME," I orchestrated Technical research and development for new projects (Hardware and Software). I was accountable for coordinating and troubleshooting all technical issues between the technical department and the suppliers. Besides serving as a solution provider for the entire Group (Jomitco) (JOMOGROUP) IT departments. I arranged all training tasks and needs for the department to enhance the Group IT department personnel. I directed all IT operations to the group. I also administered Budgeting and P&L of all products.

I was an integral part of the visibility study of the JPP project, including the negotiation with Jordan Telecom regarding the pricing setup, and was responsible for studying the best operating and management systems for this project. Besides directing the entire network operation center (OMC) and supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of "ZERO DOWNTIME," I served as a database administrator on both systems (SQL7.0 server, and SQL/MP for Tandem. I conducted Technical research and oversaw development for new projects (Hardware and Software). Apart from collaborating with all Tandem “Mainframe” and “P@ynet” server “IBM server technical requirements, I processed all types of daily traffic, and Payphone billing reports to the designated department. I coached and mentored all new technicians on the Millennium Payphone Software and Hardware. I settled all technical issues between the technical department and the suppliers. In addition to overseeing Test and Calibration for all Tandem systems, I orchestrated Quality assurance and all field installation and all the smart cards setup operation. I acted as the Solution provider to the entire company's departments. I also arranged all training tasks and needs for the department to improve the department personnel. Moreover, I handled the Department Budgeting and Product P&L.

I oversaw the technical visibility study, including the technical plan for Jordan public payphone project.

I was responsible for servicing, consulting, testing, and Calibrating medical equipment. I managed the maintenance and establishments of the new system (Ultrasounds, MRI, portable X-rays). Apart from spearheading Sales and marketing (Fisher Scientific Agent in Jordan), I established New accounts. I was also instrumental in introducing the Refurbished Medical-Equipment to the hospitals with a limited budget in Jordan. Furthermore, I installed and oversaw the first refurbished MRI in a Pilot Project to one hospital in Jordan.

I was responsible for Servicing, Consulting, and designing (Electrical layer). I was also integral in establishing New accounts.

I administered Test equipment and calibration. (Internal board used for medical and Telecom Product). Besides overseeing the Test and burn-in hardware upgrade, I drafted an Inventory report on the test floor. I also handled the Hardware and software setup system. Additionally, I facilitated Quality Assurance personal with the updated information.

I was responsible for the maintenance and calibration of the new robotics line system.
