As a Mechanical Engineering and Management student at McMaster University, I am passionate about innovating and designing machinery for the industry. I am expected to graduate in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Management CO-OP degree, which combines engineering fundamentals with management skills and knowledge. I am currently involved in two extracurricular activities that showcase my technical and leadership abilities. I am a member of the McMaster Steel Bridge Society, where I collaborate with other students to improve our steel bridge design and build it for the yearly competition. I have gained hands-on experience in machining bridge parts in the Hatch Machine Shop, and I have also applied my 3D printing expertise to create prototypes and models. Additionally, I am a Level Representative at the McMaster Engineering & Management Society, where I guide students in managerial roles in engineering and provide a platform for networking and learning. Previously, I was part of the Infrastructure and Built Environment 10 Team at McMaster MacChangers, where I proposed a solution for a safer biking environment on campus using ArcGIS and presented it in the Hamilton Convention Centre. I am seeking a 4 to 16 months co-op for Spring/Summer 2024, where I can apply my skills and learn from industry professionals.
