• Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.• Dealing escalation cases from call center and liaising with customers to solve issue and complaints.• Solving all problems occurring in inventory procedures and keeping inventory records in Microsoft excel as well as in note book.• Responsible for providing customers with technical support and customer satisfaction by ensuring that all questions and concerns are taken care.• Follow up regarding changes of address, theft or loss of mail for special services such as registered or priority mail.• Manage all aspects regarding e-commerce operations.• Maintain communication with delivery center staff to ensure proper working order.• Oversee returns processing in system as necessary for refusal, create and process returns.• Daily and Monthly generation of MIS reports, analyzing the cases in Excel Sheet.• Ability to function in almost any scenario and go the extra mile to get the job done.
