Ensuring monthly invoices are submitted to client and timely payment are realized, follow up payment and agency fees including permit and inspection fees are paid timely to avoid service stop from service provider, subcontractor and regulatory.4.Prepare P&L report and conduct monthly meeting ensure that the department operates within the framework of the approved budget also forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and subcontractor, keeping track of operational expenditure & Submitting report to the General Manager/Director in the development operating budgets and capital budgets. 5.To achieve cost savings by improving operational efficiencies including reduction in cost water, Mechanical and electricity through use of energy saving and sustainable technology investments. 6.Ensuring the services are performed in accordance with building and other applicable codes and standards.
