- Serving and helping customer in purchasing a new vehicles.- Explaining the option and specification.- Giving them a pleasant purchasing experience and best advice related to their needs.- Maintains customer records, prepare purchase order.- Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.- Regular follow-up with existing customer and prospective customer.

Responsibilities:- Greeting and recording all walking customer to the showroom- Attending phone calls, writing and sending quotations.- Coordinating and preparing various reports in respect to sales.- Complete all sales documents accurately.- Understanding the competitor's products and local market influence.- Maintain proper records for all customers contacted and sold.- Having knowledge of products and dealership give me the benefits in building the customer confidence and to ensure that he is making right buying decision.

Responsibilities:- In charge of hiring and leasing department.- Taking care of daily rental, long term leasing, two years up to five year contract, and ensure replacement car available.- Keep track and record of all vehicle activities from expense and income.- Helping sales of brand new cars in the showroom.

- Selling all brand of new vehicles.- Ensure all walking customer are attended.- Prepare and sending out quotations.- Do flow-up.- Achieving sales target explaining the specification options and benefits of the new car so the customer makes a buying decision.- Knowledge other competitor prices.

Responsibilities:- Managing staff; arranging and directing chauffeurs, drivers; doing all aspects of administration work; preparation of quotations.- Maintains customer satisfaction Review performance of staff and identify problem area.- Ensure achieves customer satisfaction.- Work out profitable pricing of daily rental and long term leasing.- Take care of fleet and control of vehicles activities from expense and income.- Daily Review all rental agreements documents to ensure they are complete.- Handel the customer issues and relations.
