*Assist in the oversight and management of the daily operations of the member service area of the Branch.*Ensure that team members are being trained, coached and motivated in order to reach production goals established by the management.*Supervise and guide daily work of Sr. Member Service Representative and Member Service Representative.*Assist Management in creating new business and strengthening existing business through cross selling different financial products.*Provide necessary on-going in-service training to Sr. Member Service Representative and Member Service Representative in order to make them more efficient and comfortable in what they are doing on daily basis with ultimate objective to provide better and smooth service to the members.*Resolve member’s account problems in line with credit union policy.*Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

*Verifies membership eligibility and approve new account.*Counsel members on loan policies and loan products and suggests various options and alternatives.*Disburse loan, establish repayment schedules and method of payment.*Process allotments and direct deposit request for member.Accepts, verifies and process request for stop payment, ATM card re-order, change of address etc...*Assist with other responsibilities as and when assigned.

*Verifies membership eligibility and process request for new account and related service.*Interview members applying for loan ensuring that all the information are accurate and supporting documents are included with the application and process the loan application.*Process member’s deposit, withdrawals, transfers, loan payment etc...*Prepare and balance daily branch total.

*Worked as contact person with donor organizations particularly with the United Nations (UN) Organizations such as United Nations Development Program (UNDP), International Labor Organization (ILO) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in negotiation, formulation and implementation of international technical assistance project to support economic development through promotion and development of small and micro-enterprise.*Assess needs and identifies areas of international technical assistance for economic development to be included in the national development plan.*Conceptualize development issues, assess needs and priorities, and identify development projects in the line with the national objectives to be included in the national development plan.*Analyse data, review existing situation and formulate appropriate strategies for economic development through promotion and development of small and micro-enterprise.*Prepare policy/concept papers, project briefing, project analysis, project profiles, project feasibility studies, project appraisals, project formulation and processing for approval, project budgeting and arranging fund for the implementation of completed*Conduct growth potential studies to identify viable projects/enterprise, potential entrepreneurs & infrastructural needs by region to create harmonious economic development and employment creation.*Identify, formulate and implement income generating projects for low income rural poor to improve their socio-economic condition with the ultimate objective to make them self-reliant.*Identify cluster areas, survey, formulate and implement appropriate projects on felt- need basis for cluster-based/community-based economic development.*Negotiate and arrange credit fund from international and national sources to finance small and micro-enterprise, finalise Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the specialized financial institutions for its effective implementation including loan recovery.
