I Headed the full pre-opening of this Center and was personally involved in every detail of this Venue (excluding design which was already finalised before joining). This includes recruitment and creation of an entire departments manning from scratch, establishing layout and distribution of Kitchens along with the respective equipments as well as the SOE for the rest of the operations (Banquet service, Stewarding, Audio Visual).The ballroom has now been open for 10 months and has already established itself as one of the TOP function venues of Kuwait, known for providing services and products of the highest standards.I had also integrated (for the first time ever) FAUCHON Paris with the catering provided in Al Baraka as well as the establishment of a complete, independant luxury outdoor catering department (Also Fauchon). -
