• Preparing Project, Sales Quotation & Presentation on OS&E.• Handling the Processing of all orders with Accuracy and timeliness.• Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.• Prepare All Purchase Orders & Stock Report and arrange delivery to customers. • Raising a Sales Orders and submitting to Purchasing Department and following until receiving goods from our suppliers.• Coordinate with purchasing and logistic teams to update their orders statuses.• Preparing all sales Invoice for submission to customer.• Coordinating with sales team and full fill client’s queries and solving pending issues of clients.• Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities.

• Preparing Sales Quotation & Project on kitchen utensils, Crockery, glassware, Housekeeping Equipment’s, Buffet ware, Guest amenities and Linen Items.• Specially making a presentation on crockeries and cutlery.• Handle the Processing of all orders with Accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare All Purchase Orders & Stock Report and arrange delivery to customers. • Controlling inventory and regular managing of in and out items.• Raising Purchase requests for out-of-stock items.• Prepare sales Invoice for submission to customer.• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating the relevant information.• Coordinate with purchasing and logistic teams to update their orders statuses.• Following up with Shipments Documents and preparing the final custom clearance document. • Maintain Monthly petty cash book.

• Daily preparing of cash / sales credit / profit analysis reports.• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.• Accounts payable duties including receipt of invoices, coding for appropriate expense disbursement, data entry.• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports in Accounts Department.• Tracking and preparing reports of revenue through receipt of cash & credit card.• Preparing any range of recurring reports, gather, extract data from accounting and database systems, analyzing and presenting data to the company's Management.• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.• Resolve invoicing issues with Vendors and Customers.
