Procurement:• Identify and plan the purchases beforehand (by project) in collaboration with all relevant staff.• Monitoring local supply sources and chains and optimize supply to the activities locations.• Doing all Procurement Services related tasks from PR issuance to delivery of goods and closure of transactions.Logistics:• Provide rapid and relevant assistance and support to evolving Logistics needs for Darb office, with a priority on achieving value for money.• Coordination the logistics activities by being in support and in close collaboration with the project staff and the support staff.• Implement sound, accurate logistics management systems, procedures and documentation as well as regular, accurate reporting to maintain the highest level of integrity, standards and accountability.• Coordination with Suppliers and partners in order to enhance efficient, effective and timely supply delivery.• Providing technical support in preparation of appropriate documents, and input on specifications and logistics arrangements, facilitating cost-effective efficient logistics - clearance, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment to project sites, in support of the program implementation.• Maintaining office/cleaning supplies and coordinating any necessary maintenance as tasked.Stocks and Vehicle Management:• Provide regular inventory (bi-monthly, monthly quarterly, yearly) for the different items stored within DARB Offices.• Ensure proper warehousing, stock management, and control systems, including documentation and reporting.• Dealing with transport contracts, negotiation with suppliers and following up.

• Internal and external coordination of FIDDER Organization.• Communication with implementing partners, donors, Governmental entities, NGOs and other actors.• Coordinate and organize meetings and write their reports.• Coordinating activities funded by the project.• Carrying out specific research tasks which are required for planning the implementation of the project.• Carrying out specific tasks in connection with knowledge management for the project/project.• Providing support to the Project Director in carrying out project activities.• Communicate cordially and respectfully at all times with the community and program teams. • Interpreter from Arabic to Turkish.• Interpretation in meetings and conferences.• Translation of documents and reports.• Work as part of a team; providing support where necessary in other administrative.
