I'm a BGAS GRADE-2 certified QC Painting inspector with 3+ years of gulf experience currently working for Technomak energy international ltd. I also have NEBOSH IGC and ASNT level-2. I have experience in coating/painting, fireproofing and thermal insulation. I have experience working in coating for FPSO modules, internal linning of pressure vessels and tanks, E- House, skids and various complex structures/ platforms for offshore and onshore projects.I have experience working in famous projects like Yinson Altlanta FPSO- definitive system, Moray west offshore Windfarms, Okwok FPSO modules and pressure vessels, Sheikh Rashid Al- Maktoum Solar Park, Adnoc Qusahwira oil development plant and so on.As a QC inspector I was responsible for the overall qulaity related concerns in our activities. It included preparing document such as Surface preparation and painting procedure, ITP review, understanding  painting specifications, drawings and discussing it with supervisors to carry out the work as per specifications and requirements.I was responsible for carrying out various coating inpection methods as per following the stages of inspection in ITP that includes pre surface preparation inspection, surface preparation inspection, salt contamination level check using bresle patch method, surface profile checking, dust assesment, paint mixing verification as per paint tds, WFT and DFT verification, colour code verification, holiday testing( if required), adhesion test and so on.I was also responsible in preparing various documents such as inspection reports, adhesion test reports, raing RFI and notifications to client, preparing painting procedures, rasing NCR's if necessary, material inspection reports and so on.
