Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders➢ Match goods received with delivery notes from suppliers➢ Preparing & issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and monthly and reports➢ Managing the overall operations of purchase dept, resolving issues and enhancing the operational efficiency➢ Record all materials In / Out of stores on a daily and weekly basis➢ Distribute goods to the requested Department against stores request.➢ Record Deliveries and Departmental issues in the Stock Ledgers and balance daily to the standard required.➢ Ensure that all goods are immediately dispatched to store for which they are intended and that no goods are left unsecured or unsupervised on the loading bay.➢ Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.➢ Receive and dispatch all types of goods and deliveries on FIFO basis.➢ Mark stock items using identification Tag.➢ Updating the item location and place properly and logistically➢ Performing daily store activities and maintain accurate stock level➢ Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for necessary items.➢ Ensuring that the Par Stock is maintained for the fast moving and important items.➢ Issuing store items to End users against approved requisition.➢ Issued items posted in system on daily basis at each end of the day.➢ Coordinate with Finance Dept. for stock taking every month.➢ Daily Purchase requisition updated in excel track sheet.➢ Conducting inventories on Weekly, Monthly, Semi Annual and Annual Basis.➢ Coordination and Supervision of Junior Staff.
