Responsibilities/Achievements: Spearheaded the IT/ELV infrastructure project, delineating project objectives, establishing milestones, Prepares and monitoring adherence to master plans/schedules. Prepares Method statement and Risk assessment (RAMS), prepares inspection and test plan (ITP), reporting on project progress, identifying and allocating resources to ensure project completion within budget and time as per established plans. Implemented Virtualized infrastructure (Hyper-V with Failover Cluster & VMware). Proven track record of design & deployment of virtualized high availability solutions including VMware HA, VCenter and Windows 2012 Hyper-v cluster for various critical CCTV/PSIM infrastructures. Responsible for design &deployment of networking peripherals including SonicWall Firewalls, Sophos, Cisco catalyst switches, HP Aruba switches and controllers based Wifi networks. Ensuring a high degree of consistency and that quality is adhered to across all ICT Projects deployments to meet agreed to Statement of Works (SoW)/Functional Design Specifications (FDS). Team lead for installing, implementing, testing, and training end users on a high-level VMS application suite including Genetec Security Center 5.x,Milestone XProtect Corporate 6/7.x,Video Insight, Samsung SSM, Digifort, Cathexis & Pelco Endura over large multiple projects environments. Team lead for installing, implementing, testing, and training end users on Access Control System (Gallagher ACS, Honeywell ACS and Idtech etc.). Experience in installation and configuration video analytics system (3vr, Facit data system) and Shopertrack for people counting, Demography, Queue Management, Heat Map, and Face Detection etc.
