As the Director of Franchise Sales I have conceptualised, developed and executed a mutli-format franchise programme. Furthermore, I identify our ideal clients and target and prospect through lead generation and content marketing on social media and via my own business blog writing and vlog content.I am also responsible for market research and feasibility studies into potential markets and locations, financial modelling for clients and negotiating final terms of agreement and signing new franchisees - and everything in between.

We design, manufacture and sell via the islamic Design House online stores and the physical franchises which are situated in North America, Africa, Middle East and in the far east. Our marketing touches various platforms from traditional print (magazines, newspapers) to billboards and the lions share of which is online and on social media.The brands mantra is Faith, Fun & Fashion and we do some of the most pioneering campaigns that are super fun and super engaging!

Played a key role in Deutsche Bank's award winning Corporate Social Responsibility department. I advertised and marketed volunteer opportunities to internal staff; liaised with department heads to increase the uptake of voluntary opportunities by staff. Administered PAYE donations. Organised and participated in team challenges.Planned educational workshops delivered by DB MDs to local schools.Assisted CSR manager on campaigns including concerts and fund raising for our Charity of the Year.Highlights including fundraising over 90,000 GBP from raffling off a Mercedes E-Class (corporate donation).In order to achieve that impressive target I had to visit other key head offices and pitch the charitable cause to staff during lunch break. I matured in my organisational skills, networking skills and was a star contributor in promoting the CSR campaigns through out our London offices.
