Responsibility: 1. My day today responsibility is need to moderate on image content , text content and video content whether its violates the policy need to take decision as per policy guidelines2. Labbling the content as per categorization there are various topics such as adult and nudity ,Violence, Alcohol, Child safety ,Hate speech ,Bullying statement. Improving the content safety and content standards3. Every week there is policy knowledge test and also need to take score above 90 marks and also necessary to take policy refresher and also follow the social media trends4.Maintain the productivity and quality to meet the client standards and also appeal the error content and also appeal the sampling error content means client injecting the error case5.Metrics is based upon my performance scorecard parameter follow such as PKT,BMA,SAR,AHT,MMP.6.What we do is take customer content and we protect them against the bad content across text,image and video . Main responsibility of the content moderation is keep the online community safe and gate keeper of internet
