Making of 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for structural members like stiffeners, Angles, Stringers, Brackets, Door skin in CATIA V5 software for Hindustan Turbo Trainer Aircraft (HTT-40). • Initiate part assemblies and drawing in workflow through TEAM CENTER (PLM) to other groups for release the drawing to the production.• Responsible for checking various Parts and assembly drawing of HTT-40 as per drawing standards of HAL before releasing for the production.• For DFMA concept creating Pilot hole, Co-ordinate hole, Equipment hole, drill vectors and Tooling holes like double, hinge, splice tee and stiffener of front fuselage in HTT-40 aircraft • Making of 3D model and 2D drawing for canopy lock lever assembly-Internal Handle in CATIA V5 R19 software for LCA MK-2.HARNESS DESIGN: Involved in the study of modularization of looms for LCA MK-1A aircraft and zone wise classification of fuselage for modularization spanning from station 01-20 Analyzing loom path considering aircraft structure and other systems then Routing of Electrical bundles and integrate with various systems.  Running of Electrical Wire Routing for cable-connection using XML-File.
