Current• Responsible for full Life cycle of recruiting OR 360 Recruiting and staffing processing• Was responsible for technical recruiting/staffing of candidates for positions with Fedral & state Clients • Responsible for both internal and external job postings• Excellent in sourcing the resumes and , pre-screen resumes, select and route applicants for review• Provide status reports of recruitment activities to Managers and maintain applicant records• Workforce Planning and Employment (recruitment and selection)• Track hires, interviews in compliance with all Recruit for IT, Engineering, State Clients, Finance etc• Experience working in all tax terms of US (CTC, 1099, W2)• Contact with candidates that match client Job Descriptions and understanding any concerns that candidates/Consultant and/or clients or Vendors may have.• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.• Updating internal databases with new hire information• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed• Professionals for Contract, Contract to Hire and Permanent opportunities• Establish and performed Internet searches utilizing latest internet technology• Experience working on various job boards like Monster, Dice, Tech-fetch, Carrier Builder And Social Networking Site like Linkedin.• Hands on Expereinces using ATS (Ceipal) and Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, MS Outlook.
