Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations , Lean Management. • Scale-up of new molecule, Capacity Enhancement for existing products. • Trouble shooting of existing products • Optimization of process parameters, process validation & make the process smooth in terms of yield improvement, efficient & cost effectiveness. • Heat Load calculations for process equipments like heat exchangers, reactors, columns, safety accessories, process & utility pipe sizing. • Identification of process equipments, preparation of equipments technical data sheets (TDS) & process data sheets (PDS), equipment sizing & capacity determination. • Preparation of scale- up report for trial & validation batches. • Co-ordination for cost reduction , solvent recycling, energy saving & waste minization projectsand involving the sustainability..Involved lean management and Certified lean six sigma black belt.. Hazop study for new products and projects
