Lead executive, external and internal communications for Dell Financial Services. Responsible for supporting the vision and strategy of a business that is shaping how technology is acquired and consumed in today's digital economy.

I have a unique role in Dell Technologies leading communications for Emerging Technology domains (AI/ML, Edge, IoT, Cloud, 5G). I am passionate about story-telling through customers and sharing how our emerging tech solutions enable human progress. I work with an amazing bunch of business leaders and engineering and product management teams across Dell’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning business, the Edge and Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions Division, Dell EMC Services and Office of the CTO.

I am part of Dell's Global Communications function leading communications for the Server Business. As the communications lead for one of Dell's most profitable business I work closely with the Server leadership team to manage the reputation of our Server business using a powerful evidence based narrative delivered consistently through meaningful engagements with infulencers. I am also responsible for giving guidance to regions across the globe (LATAM, EMEA and APJ) on further proliferating the Server Business story-telling.

I lead the corporate communications and Analyst relations for the CSES and DSG India businesses. At a regional level I lead APJ campaigns for customer reference program and DSG. CSES Role: In this role I am responsible for generating positive media coverage for the end-to-end solutions story, create a positive sentiment within in the analyst community for them to better endorse Dell to customers. This role also includes creating messages around Dell India's new GTM strategy, Channel and Distribution-led route to markets. I delivered 2 cover stories around this and over 1000 positive stories with channel partner endorsements on Dell's new GTM in FY15DSG India and APJ role: I am responsible for creating content on our software solutions offering in the form of authored article by DSG leaders that can further be leveraged in the region. This campaign also has a key Analyst advocacy program attached to it and we have reached out to over 25 analysts in FY15. APJ Customer reference program: With an aggressive goal of 600 customer stories every quarter in APJ, my team and I have exceeded this goal every quarter. This campaign requires me to build a rapport with customers across the region to influence them to give testimonials with media, analysts, channel partners and other customers. The APJ region has till date generated the most number of customer stories globally. Creating an air cover for Dell India commercial marketing: I have successfully leveraged marketing events like Dell India partner Summit, Dell India IT Executive Summit, Solutions for Success events, Solutions Tours and Summits to showcase Dell solutions to media and analysts. India communications has generated the most number of exposures, most positive stories around these marketing initiatives. DAAC India: India is the only country outside of the US that hosts an annual Analyst conference commonly known as DAAC (Dell Annual Analyst Conference).

In the seven years I spent with G B-M I developed expertise in sectors ranging from Consumer Technology, FMCG, BFSI and Telecom. This has helped me learn the nuances industry policies at play, commission comprehensive research to understand audience; agility to handle multiple stakeholders which is a necessity in large corporates. Over the years I have also cultivated writing skills that can be moulded to the need of the media vehicle, audience group and finally to the fitment of the client brief.
