One of our flagship products is Tameeni, an insurance aggregator, that integrates with nearly all insurance companies in KSA, as well as several government authorities. This allows customers to instantly receive quotes and purchase insurance policies online, eliminating the need for human intervention.In my role, I contributed to multiple products within the aggregator, managing various phases of their life cycles from discovery to delivery. For instance, I oversaw the delivery phase of the Motor Insurance product and was involved in multiple phases of product cycle, from conception to launch, for other offerings such as Health, Marine, and Protection & Savings insurance. In addition, I worked on other products in conception and planning phase like R2 which is a platform that empowers analytical users to build and publish customized data analysis apps for insurance companies, VAS which is platform for managing suppliers, products, pricing, with APIs for quotes, orders, invoices to allow integrations with other products. Also, AwalMazad which is an auction platform for selling damaged and used vehicles, managing the process from bidding to ownership transfer.During my time in RASAN, I: • Worked across multiple products throughout all phases of the product life cycle.• Led new feature development based on data, stakeholder, and customer insights.• Managed product roadmap, aligning with business requirements and market needs.• Improved team productivity by managing and prioritizing the product backlog.• Ensured product launch readiness by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Integral Solutions is a leading provider of comprehensive IT solutions for governmental organizations. The company specializes in system analysis, system integration, database management, and customized programming to enable providing government services online.In my role, I contributed to multiple products within their offering. This includes an e-services platform which handles both internal services in the organization and the external services provided to the citizens. Another product is the correspondence management system which allows governmental departments to communicate electronically rather than traditionally, both internally and externally without breaking the communication rules.During my time in Integral Solutions, I:• Launched a framework for governmental e-services, reducing development costs and time by 60%.• Collaborated with ministries (Education, Information, Agriculture & Fishing), to design and implement e-services for individuals and companies.• Liaised with managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with business goals.• Gathered requirements, prioritized tasks, and maintained the product backlog.• Led agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product increments.• Onboarded two business analysts to the team and developed them to effectively handle our clients • Integrated user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience

Nortal is an Estonian company that works with the governmental sector in Oman for digital transformation. One of their projects was Oman Business Platform, which provides e-services for investors to start business and to manage their Commercial Registration. These services include applying for new business registration, updating CR data, merging & liquidating, and licensing activities. The solution integrated and exchanged data with 5 ministries, providing about 32 e-Services for investors. In my role, I contributed to the creation of As-Is and To-Be processes documentation. Conducted meetings with various departments in the ministry to gather the requirements and write the use cases and modeling diagrams. Explain the requirements to the design, and development teams. Led UAT efforts, ensuring the system met business requirements and user expectations.During my time in Nortal, I:• Played a key role in the development of an e-services portal for the Ministry of Commerce, enabling investors to manage activities related to commercial registration and licenses.• Created detailed As-Is and To-Be process documentation, collaborating closely with the ministry’s digital transformation team for review and approval.• Led UAT efforts, ensuring the system met business requirements and user expectations.• Conducted comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and efficient use of the new portal.

Gulf Apps was a startup specializing in a correspondence management system designed to compete with and surpass existing market solutions. The product's success led to its acquisition by Integral Solutions, where it dominated the market, being adopted by over 15 governmental entities.In my role, I studied the competitors' products and found out the opportunities to compete. Then defended the requirements and led the development team through sprints till the product launched.During my time in Gulf Apps, I:• Contributed to the development and launch of a new correspondence management system.• Conducted comprehensive studies of competitor products to inform product development.• Defined system requirements and components based on business needs.• Managed the product backlog and facilitated sprint planning.

In addition to this it had a professional service department that specialized in educational portals. In my role, I worked in Oman Educational Portal. I managed the analysis and development activities by defining the work breakdown and making the timeline plan for the deliverables of the countrywide automation of 120 public services for parents and students, and internal services for teachers and employees. Also I was responsible for designing the architecture of the workflow engine. During my time in Sakhr Software, I:• Reduced the time needed to develop e-services by 50%• Established templates for the analysis documents which simplified the reviews and signoffs

GBN mission is to provide the latest & most innovative solutions for Printing, copying, and documents management in Egypt. In my role, I was responsible for hiring a software development team and led the team to build a document management system from scratch. During my time in GBN, I:• Defined the development process• Hired the development team• Migrated client’s data from legacy systems to our new system, where our competitors failed to gain the deal because they were not able to migrate the data.

In my role, I worked in the professional service department, which was responsible for building the Abu Dhabi Educational Zone portal. I was responsible for designing the software components using UML and developing multiple modules and workflows for handling student affairs and employee affairs. During my time in Sakhr Software, I developed shared components, which used by other developers to enhance their productivity
