This allows customers to instantly receive quotes and purchase insurance policies online, eliminating the need for human intervention.In my role, I contributed to multiple products within the aggregator, managing various phases of their life cycles from discovery to delivery. For instance, I oversaw the delivery phase of the Motor Insurance product and was involved in multiple phases of product cycle, from conception to launch, for other offerings such as Health, Marine, and Protection & Savings insurance. In addition, I worked on other products in conception and planning phase like R2 which is a platform that empowers analytical users to build and publish customized data analysis apps for insurance companies, VAS which is platform for managing suppliers, products, pricing, with APIs for quotes, orders, invoices to allow integrations with other products. One of their projects was Oman Business Platform, which provides e-services for investors to start business and to manage their Commercial Registration. These services include applying for new business registration, updating CR data, merging & liquidating, and licensing activities. The solution integrated and exchanged data with 5 ministries, providing about 32 e-Services for investors. In my role, I contributed to the creation of As-Is and To-Be processes documentation. Conducted meetings with various departments in the ministry to gather the requirements and write the use cases and modeling diagrams. Explain the requirements to the design, and development teams. Led UAT efforts, ensuring the system met business requirements and user expectations.During my time in Nortal, I:• Played a key role in the development of an e-services portal for the Ministry of Commerce, enabling investors to manage activities related to commercial registration and licenses.• Created detailed As-Is and To-Be process documentation, collaborating closely with the ministry’s digital transformation team for review and approval.• Led UAT efforts, ensuring the system met business requirements and user expectations.• Conducted comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and efficient use of the new portal.

The product's success led to its acquisition by Integral Solutions, where it dominated the market, being adopted by over 15 governmental entities.In my role, I studied the competitors' products and found out the opportunities to compete. In addition to this it had a professional service department that specialized in educational portals. In my role, I worked in Oman Educational Portal. I managed the analysis and development activities by defining the work breakdown and making the timeline plan for the deliverables of the countrywide automation of 120 public services for parents and students, and internal services for teachers and employees. Also I was responsible for designing the architecture of the workflow engine. During my time in Sakhr Software, I:• Reduced the time needed to develop e-services by 50%• Established templates for the analysis documents which simplified the reviews and signoffs

In my role, I was responsible for hiring a software development team and led the team to build a document management system from scratch.
