With 17+ years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, I am a technical project manager at Atnis Pty Limited, a leading provider of cloud infrastructure services. My mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customer-centric solutions that enable digital transformation and business growth for our clients.As a technical project manager, I manage the entire lifecycle of projects involving applications transitioning from monolithic to micro-services based architecture, and migrating workloads from on-prem environments to the private cloud or public cloud (AWS and Azure). I work closely with the pre-sales, product, delivery, and support teams to define project plans, finalize SOWs and budgets, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and ensure the contractual SLAs are met. I also act as the primary technical point of contact and advocate for the customer needs, driving CX improvements and solution adoption. Additionally, I run governance sessions for reviewing account health, deliver product roadmap presentations to senior audiences related to new services, new products and services, and consult with the R&D teams for product enhancements. I also collaborate with the sales teams to increase solution footprint and seek opportunities to upsell. I manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, and provide maximum value to the customers in an agile/waterfall delivery framework.
