Suspect employment, Suspect institutions • Offer Process including Post offer follow up • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources like job portals, social media, internal DB & employee references • Pre Screening, Technical Screening & Short listing of candidates for weekday / weekend interviews. • Maintaining and Developing Database for Current & Future Requirements. • Efficient in building positive relationships with personnel, at all levels within the company and providing the highest level of service to meet the work force requirement of the organization. • SALARY FITMENTS o Preparing compensation fitments of the candidate’s depending upon the education, experience that matches the parity of the company. o Explaining and negotiating salary fitments to the candidates. • Technical skills hired: Developer (JAVA, .Net, Go-lang, Salesforce),Cloud, Oracle, DW/BI Testing, Amazon web services, Azure, Hadoop, Informatica, Analytics, SAP, Data warehousing Technologies and Reporting tools, Architect, Program Manager, Project Managers, ETC .
