Role is a mix of performing front end and back end IT tasks. Main premise of the job is to resolve any technical problems colleague's may encounter, this includes issues with Microsoft applications, Salesforce, Kimble, Ayming applications, etc. Monitored all of these requests through Easy Vista ticketing system.The other part of this role requires back end work, this includes Active directory work including creating user profiles, configuring group policies, changing rights, adding to security groups to remotely install applications, providing shared drive access for new hires, etc. As well as other tasks like imaging windows laptops and keeping an accurate track of inventory using Excel.
