- Interfaces with clients and corporate partners within the Risk Services Division (formerly Analysis Division) of the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) at the Department of Homeland Security to determine project requirements and allocate staffing and resources across workstreams- Leads and participates in all phases of analytic projects, including: research, design, development, testing, modeling, and documentation- Supervises a team of junior analysts, providing mentorship and feedback on performance- Supports project management functions– including revenue projections, client communications, and JIRA board management– across multiple portfolios at RS21

- Provides analytical support for the Analysis Division of the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) through the development of frameworks and methodologies for long term analyses- Leads the contract workstream that supports the National Critical Infrastructure Protection Program (NCIPP), aiding in the execution of the program’s annual data call, planning for future stakeholder engagement efforts, and leading an update of the program’s criteria and thresholds in order to meet the recommendations of the Government Accountability Office (GAO)

- Provides analytical support through the production of a biweekly Infrastructure Outlook Briefing for the National Resource Management Center’s COVID Task Force - Assists in supporting the COVID Task Force by providing sourcing for and copy editing briefings and presentations to a larger audience within the Department of Homeland Security- Develops frameworks and methodologies for long-term analyses of the impact of COVID-19 on the nation’s Critical Infrastructure sectors

- Researched, polled, and interviewed scholars of International Relations in order to understand their views on the current state of global affairs- Coded over 9000 Op-Eds and Blog Postings from Lawfare and Foreign Policy, analyzing them for alignments and academic knowledge- Managed a weekly blog containing Research Assistant analysis of data and policy proposals

Project title: “The Political Instability Project”- Developed a tool using Python that scraped Twitter data, translated data into English, and conducted emotional and sentiment analysis on the text- Studied the relationship between emotional outputs on social media and instances of political instability in four case countries (Nicaragua, Venezuela, Jordan, & Egypt) over the course of 10 weeks

Oversaw day-to-day operations within the cafe in order to provide operational excellence. Increased efficiency in overall cafe organization while providing logistical oversights
