Business Initiatives Team – Deployed on demand across Optum Payment Integrity to manage, accelerate and execute high-priority work on behalf of the business. My specific area of the team drove more than $19M in profit for 2016. My contribution:• Consulted with six senior executive leaders to bring structure and process to a 2016 Top Initiative project, which matured the project to a program. Continue to manage program effectively; recently received highest level of business recognition from executive leadership for program performance.• Consulted with four executive leaders to recommend a capital project cancellation, re-purpose the funds, and initiate smaller-scoped, fiscally responsible path to realize business goals in 2016.• Completed Coordination of Benefits Scorecard project, which delivered operational efficiency measured at $200K per year. Continue to share results with other business leaders, who hold this project up as a quality standard.

Portfolio Management Office – Managed the healthcare business within a Portfolio Management Office at Target by consulting on more than 100 active projects through prioritization, business case development, implementation planning, and risk and issue mitigation.• Re-defined team processes for the PMO to improve team efficiency and increase client base.• Led regular prioritization discussions and risk and issue mitigation sessions with senior healthcare leaders in order to optimize expense and maximize business results.• Managed a $7M long range plan and a $15M healthcare technology budget.

Store Operations Healthcare Team – Led the planning and implementation of a new pharmacy dispensing system to all 1600+ US Target Pharmacies nationwide. Accelerated roll-out to complete the program 18 months ahead of schedule, which led to more than $60M in savings.• Created and implemented the Organizational Change Management strategy, which included all components of communication, training, change leadership and system support.• Hired and led a team of eight team members to execute the change management strategy.• Completed the Accelerated Leadership Program as the top 2% of Store Operations

Store Operations Segmentation Team – Developed and implemented the communication and training strategy for small-format Target stores, a cross-company initiative called CityTarget, resulting in a top-performing prototype for the company.Distribution Operations Learning & Development Team – Designed a new-hire training program for 12,000 team members across 32 distribution centers, two import warehouses and 3 dot-com fulfillment centers.

Metro Minnesota Learning & Sales Development Team – Designed and facilitated online and classroom training for a variety of business audiences at Wells Fargo, including senior leaders, managers, and non-exempt team members. • Evaluated customer interactions and coached team members to sales and service success.• Recognized for superior customer service skills through four Service Starts with Me awards.

Regional Banking Media Relations Team – Partnered with senior leaders to manage Wells Fargo public relations needs for a 10-state Midwest region. • Wrote press releases, talking points and byline news articles for area media. • Created and maintained content for multiple internal website and printed communications.
