Conducted parent conferences to discuss results and treatment recommendations.

Conducted developmental, emotional and behavioral assessments, created and implemented individual plans of care to support the psychosocial needs of children and families within the emergency department and intensive care unit. Educated patients and families on diagnoses, building effective coping strategies, non-pharmacological pain management, and child development. Assisted with planning yearly Celebration of Life ceremony.
