I am responsible for the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it, including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the company culture. I foster an active awareness and understanding of workplace experience trends and innovations that will be key to keeping employee experience - virtual and in-office - fresh and relevant.

The core of Salesforce Guest Experience comes from company values and driven by stakeholders, partners and customers. An extension of that guest experience comes through in the Lobby Ambassador Program which I supervised, trained, mentored and scheduled a team of 10+. The program was designed and implemented to create a one of a kind hospitality experience to all our guests. Under my supervision, the program grew from 5 to 10+ ppl and went from supporting a dozen monthly events to supporting dozens of events weekly across our HQ campus of 10,000 employees. One of my greatest achievements was creating team strategy and logistics around our annual conference, Dreamforce. With over 160,000 attendees from all over the world, my team increased to 20 ppl and supported over 50 events in 5 days. They assisted over 2,000 daily visitors in our lobbies as well as assisted with daily event activations in 3 of our lobbies.

Joining a new events team at Salesforce was one of my professional career highlights. With extensive hospitality experience, I was energized to put my knowledge to work on this new event concept within a large corporate tech environment. While my focus was internal campus events across HQ, I had the privilege to work on event support for Dreamforce, TralheaDX, Salesforce Tower Grand Opening and Executive C-Level events. I was able to lead event initiatives while cultivating programming and engagement. During this time, I also discovered a passion to create event strategy, logistics and process that aligned with our values and culture. Salesforce gave me the amazing opportunity to work with incredible internal stakeholders and partners. Through those partnerships, I was able to contribute to implementing and maintaining a global standard process for internal events.

Being a part of Quail Lodge & Golf’s Club Grand Re-opening was a rewarding professional experience. Not only did I get to be a member of a new sales team, I was able to see the final stages of a massive renovation come to life. I was able to grow professionally during my time with the company and was rewarded with a promotion from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager. Known as the “queen of buyouts” I took pride in pushing the envelope on corporate buyout bookings. With several already on the books, my greatest achievement was a successful corporate group that took over the entire property, golf and restaurant for 3 days and ended with a tented dinner on the golf course for 400 guests. The success of this event resulted in a multi-year contract.

Earl Enterprises is comprised of restaurant brands all over the globe. In a fast-paced restaurant environment, I was solely responsible for producing banquets for social and corporate events as well as off-site catering services for up to 500 guests. I developed and maintained the catering and event marketing plan including comprehensive event planning services to clients. I was able to fuel the growth of our catering and banquet revenue with market research and local outreach. I increased profitability on banquet revenue by 30% and catering revenue by 24%.

During my 8 years with Pacific Athletic Club I carried out all functions of social and corporate events from conception to execution from budget, menu planning, decor layout and design, vendor selection and contract negotiations and show flow. During my tenure, I was rewarded with an outstanding achievements award for my commitment to excellence and increased profitability.
