With over 20 years of leadership and experience in security management, network engineering, systems administration, and project management, I am a Network Solutions Architect at Ricoh USA, Inc., a global leader in digital services and solutions. I hold multiple certifications, including CCNP, CCSI, Security+, and Azure, and I am currently pursuing CISSP.As a Network Solutions Architect, I research, design, recommend, document, install, and configure internal and customer-facing systems and applications in a secure and supportable manner. I identify the need for technologies, process improvements, and opportunities to consolidate solutions, and I work with leadership to build compelling business justification. I also conduct design reviews, lead solution audits, and maintain a roadmap for technical architecture services. I excel in designing cross-functional solutions for cloud networks, security, apps, data, and analytics. Additionally, I am a part-time Cisco instructor at Phoenix TS, where I share my knowledge and expertise with aspiring IT professionals.
