Thirteen years service representative at the local service center. This was not a call center.Our focus was the creating of and care of wholesale accounts. However we did receive calls from internal departments and the service providing companies we typed orders for. The majority of the time was troubleshooting and solving any issues with these accounts. This position was on the wholesale side, assisting with end user's account issues. It was a detail and problem solving position with extreme amounts of contact with other internal departments.
