Created and owned the change management process and implementation by creating workflows and coordinating review and implementation of cost reduction, innovation, and operations improvement initiatives across Amazon Global Fulfillment centers worldwide. Forefront a new team with Specialty Retail Stores (SRS) including Books, 4star & POP-Up. The Programs and Initiatives team (P&I), was created to bring innovation, new standards, and efficiencies to the existing store portfolio (65 stores). In this role, I developed SRS Capital Reinvestment Strategy, Retrofits program including the new Store Condition Assessment for all stores. Also implemented ~200 projects all this while fully operating and enhancing the customer experience. In order to do so, I created mechanisms to roll-out programs efficiently to portfolio wide roll in timely and efficient matter. Created Strategy for cost efficient implementations, and on-boarding national vendors into the Amazon network. All these initiatives unlocked multi million-dollar revenue to the business bringing new offerings into the stores (POP-In, store within store experience displaying new sponsored vendors). Developed solutions from brain storming ideas to full implementation.
