• Developing and maintaining integrations between various data sources (including but not limited to SQL Server databases, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Desk.com, Great Plains, SharePoint, basic text and csv files.)• Automating integration and ETL procedures to assist various stakeholder teams with tasks such as data transformation, data integrity checks, stakeholder notifications, and system metadata edits and updates.• Building and maintaining data structures and accompanying visualizations for internal and external reporting needs—spanning subject areas from service and support performance to financials to internal IT systems monitoring to Google Analytics ecommerce statistics.• Developing and maintaining Cisco Unified CCX solutions, including coding and deploying auto-attendant phone menu scripts, configuration of phone queue and hunt group members, supervisory structure, and priority, and customizing the user experience for internal agents in our phone queues.• Managing a team of internal solutions developers and database administrators• Previously trained internal staff and migrated data for company-wide consolidation of internal IT ticketing.• Continually searching out opportunities to optimize and consolidate existing processes to minimize impact on availability and capacity of resources.

--Overseeing all processes associated with constituent and donation data for the US and across international affiliates--Maintaining data hygiene of the central Oracle-based constituent database of over 2.5 million records as well as subsidiary databases.--Ensuring accurate extraction and segmentation of data for all fundraising efforts.--Coding and automating SQL-based queries and reports to provide multiple internal and external stakeholders with vital statistics and summaries.--Performing analytical assessment of financial and membership data using SQL and/or Microsoft Excel, and presenting the analysis in tables and graphics for mass consumption.--Training dozens of staff members with essential knowledge for operating within the database, and routinely assisting with any questions or concerns.--I also organized and implemented a mass conversion and migration of 25,000+ high value constituent records, streamlining and consolidating all domestic constituent data storage. This large project required not only data migration skills and immense attention to detail, but also change management and customer service skills. (From April - August 2013)
