• Ensure all site content is up-to-date and available to customers on a continual basis• Ensure sites and products are in compliance with PPG and company brand standards• Collaborate with marketing/sales to establish an editorial calendar and ensure timely publication• Craft site promotions, digital newsletters, and online outreach campaigns• Coordinate projects and outsource contributors, ensuring adherence to PPG guidelines/workflows• Gather and act on user feedback from key audience groups to optimize the customer experience• Gather and research information that enhances the value of the site• Work with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues
